Anna Nowokuńska-Maksymiuk is a visual information systems designer, architect, and founder of Studio Blisko, specializing in wayfinding. She has designed custom signage solutions for various architectural studios (e.g., APA Wojciechowski, Kuryłowicz&Associates, HRA, Grupa5) and real estate developers (e.g., SKANSKA, Dom Development, Yareal). She also creates visual identification for brands and events. In addition, she regularly illustrates for the biggest Polish architecture magazine, Zawód: Architekt. She has been a speaker at numerous conferences, including Element Talks, Design Ways, and Traffic Design. In 2021, Anna Nowokuńska-Maksymiuk won the Polish Graphic Design Award in the Wayfinding | Exhibition category, and was nominated in the Designer of the Year category. She is a member of the board of the Association of Applied Graphic Designers (Stowarzyszenie Twórców Grafiki Użytkowej).
