2025/2026

The admissions process for design studies starts in January and consists of two stages: portfolio assessment and qualifying exam. The rules are simple.

Start of the admissions process

The application form will be available from January 28, 2025. You are welcome to submit your application even if you have not yet received your high school diploma; however, you need to submit it after passing the exam.

The admission schedule for programs in English differs from the one for programs in Polish.

First stage | Portfolio

Results of portfolio verification will be posted to the application form within 7 working days from submitting a complete application.

What is the portfolio all about?

While the word 'portfolio' sounds very serious and conjures up images of a thick folder filled with professional artwork – that is not what we mean

Second stage | Exam

You will be able to book your exam date in the application form. The exam can be scheduled on the following dates:

  • April 17, 2025
  • May 15, 2025
  • June 19, 2025
  • July 10, 2025
  • July 29, 2025
  • September 11, 2025

What does the exam look like?

The design program exam is conducted through an interview with the committee, based on the portfolio you submitted earlier. Exams are conducted remotely via Google Meet.

Admission results

Notification of exam results

You will be notified of your exam results within 5 business days of the exam date via the admission form. Please note that passing the admission exam does not automatically guarantee immediate admission to the studies.

In order to study at the School of Form, you must complete all the formalities, i.e. sign an agreement on the terms of payment for the studies, submit to the Admissions Office a certificate from the occupational medicine physician confirming the absence of contraindications to study, as well as the original documents required during the admissions process.

We encourage you to complete the admissions process as soon as possible, as applications will be accepted until available slots are filled.
