Temporary Shelter for Animals in Crisis Situations
The project highlights the often-overlooked issue of animals affected by climate, political, and migration crises, and the lack of effective solutions to support them in such emergencies.
The designer conducted market research, visited the Schronisko Na Paluchu animal shelter, and interviewed one of its employees. Based on these insights, she created an instruction manual for a temporary shelter for companion animals. The manual offers simple, clear guidelines for constructing a tent from readily available materials—such as old bedding or an IKEA bag—helping to ensure the safety of domestic pets in crisis situations.
