Retention Pavillon

The project responds to the problem of insufficient water retention in urban areas. Developed using biomimicry and CAD tools, the pavilion features a shell-like structure that adapts to changing environmental conditions. It is built from modular retention panels that store rainwater, along with a mesh that captures water from mist and dew. Excess water is directed into a rain garden at the base of the pavilion. The form draws inspiration from the layered structure of peat bogs, while its water collection system mirrors that of desert beetles. The "Retention Pavilion" offers a sustainable water management solution for public spaces in the city.

Graduation 10

The release of our new catalog of student graduation projects is always a special occasion. On one hand, it serves as a farewell to this year's graduates and honors their hard work by showcasing their final projects. On the other hand, it is a summary of the most significant and intriguing projects we have worked on with students throughout the past year.
