Curtain Julia

The glass curtain refers to the culture and fashion of our grandmothers' time. The project consists of crystals hanging on strings and a frame made by a KUKA robot, which allows for the proper distribution of the crystals, creating an interesting composition enriched by the sounds produced by the metal structure and the crystals.

The authors

The project was realized by Julia Bujak and Julia Karnaś – students of the School of Form at SWPS University.

The work was created as part of the project "Jewelry for the Home", carried out by the School of Form, jewelry designer Anna Orska and crystal glass masters from Julia Glassworks in Piechowice. The coordinator of the project was Sara Boś - designer, head of the Kuka workshop and digital machine workshop at the School of Form.
