She is considered to be one of 25 most influential people in the fashion industry („Time”) and one of 40 most influential people in design industry („Icon”). Since ’80 she has been setting trends in various industries: fashion, cosmetics, interior design, high-tech equipment and automotive industry. Currently, she runs business called Trend Union which specializing in predicting trends and strategic analysis. Twice a year the company publishes General Trend Book where main trends in industrial design, textiles and fashion are presented two years in advance. She cooperates with Coca-Cola, Disney, GAP, Nissan, La Coste, L’Oréal, Spencer, Seibu, Whirlpool, Shisheido.

Long-time director of Design House in Eindhoven, one of the best design schools in the world. Since 2015 dean of Hybrid Design Studies in Parsons The New School For Design in New York and Paris. Creative Director of prestigious design magazines „View On Colour”, „InView”, „Bloom”, founder of Trendtablet.com, Curator of exhibitions displayed worldwide, for example in Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), Nordiska museet (Sztokholm) and Moscow’s Museum of Architecture. She is constantly engaged in projects that popularize local handcraft, ecological and humanitarian design with her foundation Heartwear. She was awarded for her performance, among others with Order of Arts and Letters, the highest state distinction for her contribution to French and international culture.
