About the Graduate

Monika Burakowska is a communication design graduate currently working at KREATIK, an interactive agency based in Poznan. She started her career as a graphic designer during her studies, first as a freelancer, then in a web development and positioning company. Currently she is responsible for the user experience of designed applications and websites. Her expertise spans needs research, including consumer interviews, ethnographic observations, and end-user testing of completed applications. She is also a certified facilitator of Design Thinking - a method for creating new products and services in an innovative way. She is passionate about techniques and methodologies that facilitate creative work. After studying at SOF, she continued her education with a postgraduate course in Product & Brand Management.
She has worked on projects for companies in the beauty, printing, LoT, FMCG and construction industries.
